Important Note: Please keep the original packaging box and all included parts/accessories. We cannot process or accept returns if the product is not in its original packaging.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)
In strict compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your purchase and return your product within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
To be eligible for a 14-day return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be in its original, unused, and pristine condition.
The scooter’s odometer must read less than 5 kilometers (3 miles).
All original items (charger, keys, tools, manuals, and any promotional gifts) must be returned inside the original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase from our official online store is required.
2. Order Cancellations & Refused Deliveries
Prior to Shipping: You may request a cancellation before the order is dispatched for a full refund at no extra charge.
After Shipping (In Transit): If you request a cancellation while the package is already in transit, you will be liable for the actual outbound shipping costs incurred (typically ranging from €60 to €80, depending on the destination).
Refused Delivery: If you refuse to accept a delivery at your door without prior authorization, the shipment will automatically return to our warehouse. We will issue your refund minus the outbound shipping costs.
3. Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)
If you wish to return a fully functional product within the 14-day window for reasons other than a manufacturing defect:
Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying the direct shipping fees to return the product to our designated European warehouse.
Return Process: Please contact us at info@kukirin-onlinestore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and proper shipping instructions. Do not send any items back without receiving prior return authorization.

4. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival
Reporting Period: If your package arrives damaged or defective, you must notify our customer support team within 7 days of delivery by providing supporting photos or video evidence.
Our Resolution: Once the structural defect or transit damage is verified by our technical team, we will cover all repair or replacement costs, including any necessary two-way shipping fees.
Exclusions: Minor aesthetic imperfections (such as small scratches or tiny paint chips) that do not affect the scooter's structural integrity or performance are not classified as manufacturing defects.
5. Refund Processing
Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days after our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned product.
Method: Approved refunds are returned directly to the original payment method used during checkout.
Surcharges: We operate transparently and do not impose any restocking, handling, or administration fees.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are exempt from being returned:
Individual spare parts and accessories (unless defective upon arrival).
Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
Customized orders or used items with an odometer reading exceeding 5km.
