Warranty Policy

One-Year Limited Warranty

  • Our one (1) year limited warranty applies exclusively to brand-new products purchased directly through our official channels. This warranty is strictly non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser and the original product. All free promotional gifts or complimentary accessories are excluded from this warranty coverage.
  • Warranty coverage is registered automatically upon successful delivery of the product to the initial purchaser.
  • The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. To submit a warranty claim, a valid receipt, invoice, or order number must be presented as proof of purchase, matching the registered buyer details.
  • Age Restriction: Our electric scooters and bicycles are not intended for sale to or use by individuals under the age of 18. Minor riders must always be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian during operation.
  • Theft Exclusion: Stolen vehicles are not covered under this warranty. We strongly recommend investing in high-quality locks and storing your vehicle securely when not in use.

1. Covered Products & Components

Defective original components and non-consumable parts, as determined by our technical assessment, will be repaired or replaced free of charge within one (1) year from the original purchase date.

1.1 Battery Warranty

Our lithium-ion batteries are backed by a 1-year limited warranty. Confirmed defective batteries will be repaired or replaced with spare parts at no charge within the first year of ownership. All battery evaluations must be performed directly by our authorized technical team.

This battery warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear of consumable components requiring regular maintenance (including tires, inner tubes, brake pads, cables, housings, grips, chains, spokes, kickstand lights, LCD displays, pedals, cranks, motors, saddles, and shifters). Replacement parts can be purchased directly from our online store.
  • Damage resulting from accidents, racing, stunt riding, misuse, exposure to liquids, chemical contact, moisture, dirt, negligence, or abnormal physical/mechanical stress.
  • Surface cosmetic damage (such as scratches and dents) unless caused during shipping or manufacturing.
  • Products with defaced, altered, or missing serial numbers or barcodes.
  • Issues caused by the use of third-party accessories, unapproved replacement parts, or unapproved peripheral devices.
  • Damage resulting from improper assembly, maintenance, installation, or adjustments contrary to the user manual.
  • Damage caused by external environmental factors (collisions, fire, flood, storm, lightning, severe weather, theft, blown fuses, or power surges).
  • Damage caused by charging with an incompatible charger, improper charger use, battery tampering, or using the battery in unapproved vehicles.

1.2 Frame Warranty

  • Electric scooter and bicycle frames are covered by a 1-year replacement warranty.
  • This warranty is strictly limited to the replacement of the physical frame itself. It does not cover labor costs associated with transferring components (motor, controller, cables, etc.) to the new frame. Our authorized service team will determine if the frame meets replacement standards.

Frame issues excluded from this warranty include, but are not limited to:

  • Corrosion, rust, or oxidation.
  • Paint fading, cosmetic scratches, or impact marks.
  • Structural damage caused by crashes or collisions.
  • Irreversible frame modifications (such as drilling or welding).

1.3 Electrical & Mechanical Components (Motor, Controller, Battery, Charger, Throttle, Pedal Assist Sensor, Display Panel)

Motors, electronic controllers, displays, throttle assemblies, pedal-assist sensors, and chargers are warranted against manufacturing defects for one (1) year.

This component warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, racing, stunt riding, misuse, exposure to liquids, chemical contact, moisture, dirt, negligence, or abnormal physical/mechanical stress.
  • Surface cosmetic damage (such as scratches and dents) not caused by manufacturing.
  • Products with defaced, altered, or missing serial numbers or barcodes.
  • Issues caused by the use of third-party accessories, unapproved replacement parts, or unapproved peripheral devices.
  • Damage resulting from improper assembly, maintenance, installation, or adjustments contrary to the user manual.
  • Damage caused by external environmental factors (collisions, fire, flood, storm, lightning, severe weather, theft, blown fuses, or power surges).
  • Normal wear and tear caused by material aging, including tires, brakes, and other wear-prone parts.

2. Warranty Claims

  • All warranty claims must be submitted via email to our customer service team at info@kukirin-onlinestore.com.
  • A valid claim must accompany a proof of purchase, as well as clear photos and/or videos demonstrating the defect or damage.
  • If replacement displays, batteries, motors, or controllers are approved, customers are responsible for paying the associated shipping and transit fees.
  • Replacement components and parts are provided free of charge under approved claims, but we do not cover any third-party labor or installation costs.
